LNCTE Alumni Association<\/strong><\/p>

LNCTE College, Bhopal, has well connected Network of its Alumni. The Alumni association works closely with the institution and provides dedicated support in all activities of the college. The aim of alumni association is to foster a mutually beneficial relationship between institution and alumni.<\/p>

The Institute has registered Alumni Society which is registered under the Firms & Society Act. Government of Madhya Pradesh name LNCT Alumni Society. Under this society, Alumni help in arranging extension activities such as tree plantation drive, blood donation camps, health checkup camp, Education to poor children, cloth donation, practical sessions on meditation, Swachh Bharat and various other such activities. They orient the students on Personality Development, Stress Management, Career Management, Time Management, Emotional Awareness Current Opportunities etc. Special talks are also arranged on Higher Education Topics, Current Events, Industrial revolutions and technological changes.<\/p>

In order to share their experiences and information on mutual growth, achievement and advancement in various fields, with each other as well as faculties, the college conducts Alumni Meet every year in the name of \u201cReminiscence\u201d <\/strong>at college campus and other cities. The alumni enthusiastically support and contribute the college to its institutional and academic development.<\/p>

The alumni actively participate in various activities and give their beneficial suggestions for framing innovative curriculum to incorporate the latest technologies, which help in meeting the nowadays industry requirements. the alumni regularly visit the college campus and share their knowledge through various activities with the current students helping them in deciding right career opportunities such as to go for campus, or for higher studies or to take the startup journey i.e. entrepreneurship, as per options available in their respective field.\u00a0 The Alumni Cell used to organize such training sessions, talks, seminars on regular basis so that students would be able to get benefitted and identify their career journey by enhancing their skills required in their respective domain. The college alumni meet time to time to confer the activities to be taken during an academic year.<\/p>

The alumni actively help and support students in their placement also. Training sessions\/workshops are taken by alumni, in order to provide students necessary training, so that the students become competent and employable.\u00a0 They also guide students about the importance of Internships in Industry and how to approach the Industry for seeking an Internship.<\/p>

The Alumni Cell regularly publishes the activities conducted during the academic year to all its alumni in the form of Newsletters, Magazines, and Bulletins with valuable information useful to students\u2019 community. The Alumni Cell has developed an automated alumni platform that comprises Publishing, Job Portal, Alumni Directory, automated emailing system and peer to peer invite links, thus making better alumni network.<\/p>

The college has an Alumni platform on social media too, thus helping to manage all social media channels through a single point hence maximizing the reach.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

Alumni are invited by the Institution for various activities such as Workshops\/ meetings, Partial course delivery, Orientation Day Program, Cultural Fest, Sports Events, and NSS Activities etc. \u00a0\u00a0Thus, the alumni connectivity contributes significantly to the development of the institution through their involvement with financial and non-financial means.<\/p>
